Franklyn Sledd (Frank to his
friends) was born in coastal Texas, then raised and educated in Virginia.
He was awarded a degree in engineering at Old Dominion University in 1974
and moved to Massachusetts after graduation to begin a career in
high-technology. The father of two sons now with families
of their own, his first published works were articles for engineering
magazines, but he eventually began writing fiction. His first
full-length novel, From This Moment,
was published in 2009 while he was between jobs. He has
additional projects in the pipeline for release in the near future.
